To: Parents of Online Virtual Students, This is a follow-up reminder from Dr. Grable’s email last week about device/materials pickup on Friday, August 21st from 8:00am to 3:00pm for our 100% Online Virtual Students. Devices/materials are able to be picked up at door #1 (main entrance) at the high school. You will pull up to the curb and there will be someone there to assist you. Please give the name of the student to the helper and they will get your materials. There will be no need to leave your vehicle. This is the same method we used for food distribution this summer. Season tickets for Pioneer Jr-Sr High School fall sports (varsity football, junior varsity football, junior high football, varsity & junior varsity volleyball, junior high volleyball, and elementary volleyball) may be purchased by the general public on Mon Aug 17, Tue Aug 18, Wed Aug 19, Thu Aug 20, and Fri Aug 21 from 8:00 to 3:00 inside Door #1 of Pioneer Jr-Sr High School. Ticket quantities are limited and will be made available on a first come, first serve basis. At this time, only 150 tickets are available for varsity football games and around 125 tickets are available for varsity & junior varsity volleyball matches. Tickets must be purchased in person and may not be reserved. Fall season ticket prices are posted on Pioneer Jr. Sr. High School's Facebook page.

Change to the start of the 2020-2021 school year. The first day of school is Monday, August 24th, 2020.

Pioneer Jr. Sr. High School - students' first day of school is August 12th, 2020.

To: 7th grade students and parents, Pioneer Jr. Sr. High School does not want you to feel anxious about coming to school and want to provide an opportunity to get familiar with the Jr. Sr. High School. On Wednesday, August 5th, from 5pm to 6pm, you and one parent will be able to come to Pioneer. This will be a time for you to locate your locker, find your classrooms, and get familiar with the building. All parties will be required to wear a mask properly and social distance from others while in the school building. Mr. Brooke and Mrs. Shrontz will be available to assist you in locating your lockers and classrooms. Please enter through door #1 which is the main entrance of the school. Remember, Mr. Brooke will go Facebook Live at 6pm on Pioneer Jr.-Sr. High School’s Facebook page for questions that you may have so tune in and participate. Respectfully, Mr. Brooke

Pioneer Jr. Sr. High School Students and Parents: We are excited to do something different this year at Pioneer Jr. Sr. High School.  On August 6th, we will have a Virtual Open House from 7pm to 8pm.   Each teacher will have the following schedule for you to meet the teacher, ask any questions, and for teachers to share some information. Google Meetings at 7:00pm - 7:15pm, 7:20pm - 7:35pm, or 7:40pm - 7:55pm. Each teacher will hold a Google Meet that will give you the opportunity to interact with the teacher, student, and parent/guardian. Google Meet links will be emailed to students on August 6th, 2020, by 6pm.

·Online registration is now open for the 2020-21 school year. ·Parents wanting the 100% online option, need to register for that option by the end of the day Friday, July 31st.

Pioneer Jr. Sr. High School’s registration starts tomorrow July 28th, 2020. If you are a new student to Pioneer Jr. Sr. High School, please contact the main office to set-up an appointment. (574-643-3145) We will be able to accommodate two registers at a time. We ask that one guardian accompany each student. We are able to start the process when you call. If you are a returning student, you are able to register online. Your registration code was emailed to you last Thursday. If you are a returning student without internet access, you are able to register at the school. We have wifi access at Door #1, Door #3, and Door #18. If you do not have a computer, there will be two available at Door #1(Main Entrance) for use. If you are wanting to register for the 100% Online Option, you have until July 31st to decide. Please note that schedules are subject to change. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 574-643-3145.

Anyone in need of school supplies can call Trinity Episcopal Church at 753-2733. They need to leave their name, phone number, and the grades their children will be in and they will be called to schedule an appointment for pick up.
